11.02.09     Messiah Lutheran Church of Lynnfield, Massachusetts, has commissioned a jazz evening service to be premiered
                    during the Lenten season in 2010.

10.28.09     Robert has been invited, as a member of the Worship Commission for the New England District of the Lutheran Church
                    Missouri Synod, to attend the upcoming theological conference on worship in St. Louis.

09.20.09     A voters assembly at Saint Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Dedham, Massachusetts, has unanimously approved
                    the recommendation of the Organ Committee to purchase a new Allen Renaissance Quantum 370 digital organ to
                    replace the analog instrument that has been in continuous use for forty years. Updates on the project will be posted
                    to the church’s website,
www.stlukeslcms.org.

 

04.09.09     Robert has been accepted into and granted a full merit scholarship for the Master of Sacred Music (MSM) degree
                    program in Organ Performance at Boston University School of Theology, where he will study with Peter Sykes.

10.19.08     The Northeastern Connecticut Chapter AGO presents an Organ Triathlon in Storrs, including a Members Recital on the
                    1861 Steer & Turner organ at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, an Organbuilding Lecture on the 1979 Brombaugh organ at
                    St. Mark’s Episcopal Chapel, and a 30th Anniversary concert featuring trumpeter Frank Tamburro on the 1981 Fisk.
                    
12.27.07     Robert has accepted the position of Minister of Music & Organist at Saint Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in
                    Dedham, Massachusetts, starting in June 2008.
 

06.19.07     The Northeastern Connecticut Chapter of the American Guild of Organists has named Robert the Dean for the 2007-
                    2008 season. He succeeds former co-chairs Angela Salcedo and Michael McCarthy.

 

04.27.07     Robert has been chosen as the recipient of the Charles H. Finney Memorial Organ and Robert MacKenzie Memorial
                    Entrepreneurship Scholarships from Houghton College for the 2007-2008 academic year.
