"For my first short film after leaving film school I chose Robert from a field of applicants, including composers as far away as Spain. Robert easily composes the classical scores that I like and his debut piece for my film, “Forgive and Forget” was a hit with everyone. He is fueled and powered first by his love of his craft. Driven by the liberty and unrestricted indulgence given to him to compose my scores, I suffer the same fate with each film. Will he come up with a score I like? Gallons of boiling adrenaline later, I am always satisfied. Robert is easy to work with, a rare and indeed special quality in this industry. Both he and I are Leos and one would think this clash of egos would spell disaster for our artistic relationship. What ego? Robert is down to earth, is eager to consider your input and would like to know if he meets your expectation. Which egotist has those qualities? After working on three short films together, I trust his judgment, applaud his creativity and envy his professionalism. I see my creative relationship with him as a long term arrangement as I get ready to make my first feature film."Robert E. Lee, independent filmmaker
"We needed a composer to create a series of twelve unique pieces of music to accompany the voice of our pregnancy coach and exercises on audio CD for our Nurturing Baby and Me During Pregnancy guidebook and program. The purpose of the CD was to relax women during pregnancy and inspire them to interact with their unborn babies and prepare mentally for motherhood. The music would not only play a pivotal role in soothing the mom, but it would also be the first music the child would hear in and outside the womb. It had to be dynamic. Robert took on this volunteer task and created music to our objectives and beyond our expectations. This recording has been used successfully by thousands of pregnant women in association with the American College of Nurse-Midwives, Healthy Families America and Yale University. In addition, the book and CD have received the 2007 National Parenting Publications award for the best new pregnancy publication. Finally and of equal importance, Robert has the personal qualities that would make any organization proud. He is diligent, hard-working and an excellent communicator. Above all Robert goes the extra caring mile to understand his client needs and create music of high quality that deeply resonates with the audience. Bravo Robert!"Thomas A. "Robert played for our wedding at Tremont Temple Baptist Church in Boston on June 25, 2005 and we couldn’t have asked for a better organist. We corresponded several times, and Robert was always good with returning my emails and discussing endless ideas. It was so nice to work with such a qualified, talented, and professional individual. Being a somewhat neurotic bride and wanting every detail to be perfect, after listening to several demo selections from various performers, Robert was the obvious choice. Since music has been such a large part of my life, one of my worst fears was hearing a major missed note on a very recognizable song on our wedding day; such as we were using in our very traditional ceremony. On the day of our wedding, Pachelbel’s 'Canon in D' was played beautifully, and I walked down the aisle to 'Here Comes the Bride,' with every note perfectly in its place. Everything was perfect, not one missed note (I was listening), the timing was executed wonderfully, and Robert even composed a short classical piece for us to light the unity candle to. I am very pleased to have Robert’s talents on our wedding video and am pleased to have worked with such a gifted individual for such a special day. I would recommend Robert to anyone for any event."Kristin Finley, former client
